"Worst customer service experience. Spoke to an agent today by name Jordan and she was so unprofessional. Did not give me any clear information on my policy changes I asked her to make. I’ve had this insurance for years with them and this was my first time dealing with them for a policy change and I really do not appreciate the way they manage business. Definitely looking to move to another insurance very soon."
